ECHOSOUNDER V3.1

It is a navigational echo sounder for Surface Shops which uses ultrasonic echo sounding technique to detect the depth range of sea bottom, river beds etc. along with silt and other sediment layers. 210 kHz for shallow water and 33 kHz used for deep water echo sounding. This product is Designed by CDAC and Manufactured by KELTRON.

EM-LOG

EM Log is a speed and distance measuring equipment to measure single axis / dual axes speed through water (STW) with a speed accuracy of ± 0.2 knots < 10 knots and 2% above 10 knots.

SUBMARINE ECHOSOUNDER MK-1

It is a navigational echo sounder for measuring water depth below keel of a submarine. Operating depth of the submarine is up to 300m. SES MK-1 meet the depth requirement of 0.2m to 6000m. This product is Designed by CDAC and Manufactured by KELTRON.

DATA DISTRIBUTION UNIT

Data Distribution Unit is an interface unit between Ring Laser Gyros / INS – SA with various Navigation and Fire Control System Onboard. It can provide different type of Digital, Analog and Proprietary signals.

SUBMARINE ECHOSOUNDER MK-2

It is a navigational echo sounder for measuring water depth below the hull and diving depth above keel of a submarine. Operating depth of the submarine is up to 1000m. SES MK-2 meet the depth requirement of 0.2m to 10000m. A smart high frequency 1MHz is used for shallow depth measurements. 

SONAR POWER AMPLIFIERS

Two types of Sonar Power Amplifiers available viz. Linear and Digital with built in Over load and Over Current protection, Remote ON/OFF facility and FDFL. They are manufactured using MOSFET/IGBT based PWM full Bridge configuration for Digital and Hybrid ICs for Liner Power Amplifiers. 

UPS SYSTEM

Keltron make UPS system ( Rating: 5KVA to 1000KVA) is made 100% customized design and are designed to meet critical power backup solutions to major sectors such as power plants, Refineries, Oil and Gas Industries and other requirements for critical AC power. Our UPS system has qualified stringent type tests – Seismic Test, EMI/EMC, Environmental test on PCB’s, IV&V, Ingress Protection -IP 42. Salient Features of our UPS systems are High Efficiency, Low THDi, Near Unity PF, HMI, and Event logging Facility.

STAND MOUNTED
ACTUATORS

The cylinder and piston is on a frame (stand) to which it is Coupled through a fork and drive arm. The output force is transmitted to the load through a linkage from an output lever equipped on the power cylinder power cylinder.

ACTUATORS

The pneumatic actuators mainly consistof a double acting power cylinder in which a piston slides and through which the necessary force is transmitted to the final control element. Actuator without positioner is used for ON / OFF control of a regulating device in which air supply is given to the cylinder through a solenoid/ pilot operated valve.

AIR LOCK RELAY

Double Acting Relay is used for locking Air in both the chambers of cylinders whenever the supply pressure (air pressure connected to the signal port) falls below the set value thereby keeping the Actuator in stay-put condition

PNEUMATIC POSITIONERS

All regulating type actuators are integrally mounted with a highly sensitive pneumatic positioner that sets the piston position accurately with reference to the pneumatic input signal. The positioner is suitable for direct or reverse loading.

LIMIT SWITCH

Micro switches equipped in a separate box capable of operating at any percentage of stroke attached to power cylinder are called limit switches. Settings of the switches can be altered as required by changing the cam positions. Circuits through these switches are usually used for annunciations, inter-locking systems, alarms, etc.
