Keltron Controls has executed Control and Instrumentation Systems of value more than Rs. 1000Cr on turnkey basis over the last four decades. Major works of Keltron Controls includes C&I System for Power / Process Plants including nuclear process plants under Hazardous Area Classification consisting of DCS, PLC, Data Acquisition Systems, all types of field instrumentation, analysers, fire alarm systems, System Panels, Pneumatic Control System, Electrical Panels & systems, C&I oil field / offshore platforms etc. Also executing field maintenance contracts for various thermal power plants, Process plants etc.

Oil & Gas Projects

Keltron Controls have rich experience in C&I oil field / offshore platforms of ONGC.  Electrical & Instrumentation works associated to onshore Fabrication, Installation, Testing & Commissioning as well as offshore instrument maintenance, offshore E&I related hook-up and modification works. Replacement of damaged Electrical and Instrumentation cables, instruments and other system of Process Gas Compressor Trains and calibration, Servicing and Testing of Various Instruments of process lines & Well Head Platforms of Mumbai high (both north & south fields). Supporting works with revamp of F&G system & routine maintenance & inspections of offshore platforms. Keltron is well experienced in the retrofit works on Gas Turbine engines of both sour and sweet gas platforms & main processing platforms of N&H, MH and B&S field platforms. Various specialized services for Instrumentation works at ONGC Offshore platforms as part of routine maintenance & shutdown jobs.

Atomic Field 

Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Performance Testing, Facility Management and Maintenance Contract for various Atomic Process Plants using PLC and PAC Systems. Apart from various C&I orders executed by us, we have also executed Fire Alarm System Projects in Atomic Process Plant.

Ships and Shipyard Projects

Installation and commissioning of Fire Alarm System, UMAS Automation and Alarm Monitoring System, Internal Communication System etc as part of Electrical Outfitting works at Cochin Shipyard Ltd. Completed orders from CSL for various cabling / hot work for the prestigious IAC project.

DRDO / Navy Projects

Supply and commissioning of VFD system, C&I Projects. We have also completed orders from CSL for various cabling / hot work worth around 1 Crore for the prestigious IAC project.

Other Process Plants 

We are regularly supplying various field instruments and control room instruments to various customers. We are carrying out the AMC of automation system we have supplied.

Power Plants

We are executing C&I Projects to Power Plants. We are still extending our support to those customers to whom we have supplied C&I system more than 30 years back. We have been executing Maintenance Contract for C&I Systems for various Thermal Power Plants, Nuclear Power Plants etc.

Pre commissioning and Commissioning Assistance:

Our team is cable to undertake various pre-commissioning and commissioning works. We have already executed orders for Commissioning / Pre-commissioning activities of M/s NPCIL.

Other Projects / Products:

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance contract of various LED display boards / video walls. We have manufactured IR hand held temperature probe, wall mountable multi probe temperature measurement system, UV disinfection cabinet, Paper disinfector etc with technological support from NPOL.

Control Panels Fabrication and Wiring:-

We have an ‘in house fabrication facility’ to manufacture control panels for various applications.
