The Kerala government has given NOC for the formation of a Joint Venture between Keltron and Krasny Defense Technologies Limited in the field of defence electronics manufacturing as an important step towards the formation of a state-wide electronics eco-system. On February 2, 2023, Shri S. Hemachandran, Executive Director, KELTRON, and Cdr (Dr) V.G. Jayaprakashan, CMD Krasny Defence Technologies Ltd., signed and exchanged a Memorandum Of Understanding for the JV in the presence of Smt. Usha K., Head, Corporate Marketing Dept., and Shri B. Bilu, Head, Corporate Legal, PR, Administration Dept. & Company Secretary.
