| 1. The deviations, if any, from our specification of your offered Projector should be clearly indicated. 2. The delivery should be effected in 2- 3 lots or as required against specific delivery orders. 3. The price quoted should be on F O R Destination basis and the delivery should be effected at Keltron, Trivandrum or Keltron Area Sales office in Cochin or Calicut 4. The price quoted should be kept valid for the full supply 5. All applicable taxes & duties and their prevailing rates should be clearly indicated 6. The creditable Modvat and K-Vat available should be clearly indicated 7. Projector should be supported by a Three -year On-Site Warranty. The vendor should provide on-site service / standby Projector to meet the Service Level Agreement. ie. a. The maximum down time in a single instance is 2 working days b. Penalty for every subsequent down time is Rs 100 per week 8. Evaluation report of your offered model from any National test House, if available, should be submitted and your major customer list during the last 1 year with their contact person & Phone No should be submitted. 9. The selected vendor should submit a sample Projector for Keltron evaluation before bulk supply 10. Keltron reserves the right to accept or reject any of the quotation(s) without assigning any reason 11. The selected vendor should submit a Bank Guarantee for 10% value of the order valid for the warranty period towards performance of the contract and the equipment |
