The unit has very good infrastructure facility and trained manpower for executing any electronic assembly and testing operations. We have qualified, well trained engineers, diploma holders and skilled workers having 15-20 years of experience. We have more than 50 skilled workmen who have been qualified for doing space quality work for ISRO, and can be utilized for defense work or such other work.
The unit was manufacturing Telecommunications equipments with technology obtained from C-DOT and was supplying to DOT till the year 2001. With the entry of global companies in the telecom sector the demand for the products for which Keltron had acquired technology from C-DOT dried up. Due to this the unit has diversified its activities mainly into IT and related work
