           The group is giving After Sales Support to all the hardware supplied by the IT Business Centers including installation, Warranty support and Annual Maintenance support through AMC. In addition to this, On-call support on chargeable basis is also extended to those who are neither under warranty nor under AMC. These services are offered throughout Kerala state by deploying resident service engineers in all the districts in addition to the regional support centers in Trivandrum, Cochin and Calicut. The group has a manpower strength of 77 Nos of Service Engineers / Technicians.

A call center is also set up for the convenience of our customers. Customers can register their complaints either through a toll free number or through e mail.

The group is the Authorised Service Provider to M/s IBM and M/s Acer
